Information about
Wild Tanzania
Presided over by Mount Kilimanjaro and bathed by the Indian Ocean, Tanzania is the regular scene of one of the most impressive natural phenomena on the planet: the Great Migration. Lush and exotic, Tanzania is also home to the Big Five and many other wildlife species. Hence, it has become an adventure playground and safari land. In the north, the Serengeti National Park and the Ngorongoro Crater are a must for nature lovers.

We will start with Tarangire, known for its elephants and landscapes dotted with baobabs and acacias, ascend the Ngorongoro Crater for a safari in its caldera, one of the most impressive places in Tanzania, and experience authentic African nights in the middle of the vast plains of the Serengeti.

ARUSHA - TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK
After breakfast, depart for Tarangire National Park, which we will reach after approximately three hours on a tarmac road to the park's entrance gate.
This park is considered to be one of the most beautiful refuges for Tanzania's great wildlife. Its name comes from the Tarangire River, which crosses the park from south to north. Baobabs and acacias dominate throughout the landscape, as well as elephants. In addition, we will be able to observe some animals that are not found in other parks, such as the jackal or types of antelopes that are only found here.
Picnic lunch and continue the safari in the afternoon, taking advantage of the best light to take pictures of animals and landscapes. The best time to visit Tarangire is from mid-July to February, but the park can hold wonderful surprises all year round.
Arrival at the camp around 17.30, where we can relax and admire the spectacle that nature offers every end of the day.
Dinner and overnight in Tarangire.

This natural amphitheatre is undoubtedly the most famous wildlife reserve in the world... It is the land of the Big Five: buffalo, elephant, leopard, lion and rhinoceros.

Day 4
NGORONGORO - SERENGETI
After breakfast at the camp, we will continue our game drive, heading for the great plains of the Serengeti.
The Serengeti is a vast ecosystem, home to a dazzling array of wildlife and the site of the largest migration on the planet. The name comes from the Maasai word for endless plains, but the Serengeti is much more, with forests, riverine forests and wetlands that are home to several species of mammals and more than 300 varieties of birds. The fate of these animals is intimately linked to the ever-changing landscape. The transition from the rainy season to the dry season means there is no rest or stability: the people who live here must be constantly on the move to survive in the savannah.
Picnic lunch.
In the afternoon, we will continue our safari along the Seronera and Banagi rivers, where there is often a high concentration of felines (lions, leopards...).
Arrival at the camp around 17:00 / 17:30.
Dinner and overnight at Serengeti.
