The four-level restaurant, called Sea.Fire.Salt.Sky. It offers a taste, atmosphere and location different at each level: Fire is a teppanyaki, inspired by Japanese cuisine. Salt specializes in creative and unusual taste experiences (such as sea bream to Himalayan salt block). On the roof is the Sky, a bar with stunning views of the island which serves drinks and cocktails in a refined and romantic atmosphere. But Sea, an underwater restaurant has the most striking and impressive location. Their menu is varied, mainly of dishes from the Mediterranean, but there is also a large collection of wines, the winery that is under water.
