Located on the mezzanine level, which can accessed by an elegant spiral staircase, restaurant Quad is the reflection of simplicity and luxury in the gastronomic. Starting with a sumptuous breakfast, Quad Restaurant Bar offers meals throughout the day with a menu of Middle East and Asian fusion cuisine. Thus, we could start enjoying some tasty Eggplant on the grill, followed by tomatoes and Zucchini with cilantro and lemon and completed with a few delicious skewers of chicken tikka with cheese Vacherinn. Apart from the conventional restaurant, this extensive facility has a tent with Turkish motifs (in the post), with comfortable seating where to relax with a cup of coffee or tea in the afternoon.
