Myanmar Culture, 6 nights
This exciting 6 night trip to Myanmar will be able to let you get to know in only a few days the most famous places of the country, between temples, monasteries and even majestic pagodas.
The tour starts in Yangon, the capital of the country until 2005, where we will visit the Chauk Htat Gyi Pagoda and its reclining Buddha of over 70 meters long together with the Shwedagon Pagoda complex.
We will continue the trip to Myanmar with a visit to the region of Bagán, famous for its temples and ruins, as well as the ancient capital of the Burmese Kingdom Mandalay that will also give us the opportunity to visit in the vicinity another 3 essential cities and old capitals of the country: Amarapura , Ava and Mingún.
To end the trip we will return to Yangon for a final day of visits that we will be able to take advantage of by getting to know the historical-colonial center of the city and even Chinatown.
Visits and activities included: Chauk Htat Gyi Pagoda and its reclining Buddha, Shwedagon Pagoda complex, Bagan archaeological site: Shwezigon Pagoda, Dhamayangyi Temple and Ananda Temple, traditional lacquered workshop, horse carriage ride through the archaeological site of Bagán, local market of Nyaung-U, Myingabar, traditional Burmese village, walk along the Ayeyarwaddy river, teak bridge U-Bein, Ava visit by horse-drawn carriage, Bargayar Monastery, Maenu Okkyaung Monastery, Mandalay - Mingun boat by the river Ayeyarwaddy, Pahtodawgyi Pagoda, Myatheindan Pagoda, Mahamuni Temple, Shwenadaw Wood Monastery, Kuthodaw Pagoda, sunset on Mandalay Hill, Bogyoke Market, Chinatown and Yangon colonial center.
