ARENATOURS 20TH ANNIVERSARY – WIN A STAY IN THE MALDIVES!
GIVEAWAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Organising Company
The organiser of this giveaway is VIAJES ARENA TOURS SL, a travel agency specialising in trips to the Maldives, hereinafter referred to as “the Organiser”.
This giveaway is organised to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Arenatours and is promotional in nature.
2. Eligibility Requirements
All individuals who meet the following requirements will automatically be eligible to participate in the giveaway:
- Make a booking for a trip to the Maldives with Arenatours during the year 2026.
- The booking must be duly confirmed and paid in accordance with Arenatours’ contractual conditions.
No additional registration is required to participate. If a customer does not wish to take part in the giveaway, they must notify this by sending an email to marketing@arenatours.com.
3. Participation Mechanism
- Each confirmed booking equals one (1) entry into the giveaway.
- If the same customer makes several independent bookings during the promotional period, each booking will generate an additional entry, regardless of whether the booking is for a destination other than the Maldives.
- Arenatours reserves the right to assign additional entries through other promotional channels or commercial actions, which will be duly communicated.
4. Prize
The prize includes:
– A stay at a 5* resort in the Maldives for two people, with a minimum of 5 nights, on the indicated dates.
– Meet & greet at the airport by our local team in the Maldives.
– Airport–resort–airport transfers.
The prize does not include:
– Travel insurance, flights, or any services or personal expenses not expressly stated as included.
The prize must be enjoyed during the year 2027.
The specific resort, available dates and detailed conditions of the prize will be communicated by Arenatours at a later stage and published on its official channels (website, social media, newsletter).
The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or for other services, in whole or in part.
5. Date and Mechanics of the Draw
The draw will take place in December 2026, on a specific date that will be announced in advance on the official Arenatours website and social media channels.
The winner will be selected through a random draw from all validly assigned entries.
6. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted directly by Arenatours using the contact details provided at the time of booking (telephone and/or email).
If no response is received after two contact attempts, Arenatours reserves the right to declare the prize void or to assign it to a substitute winner.
The winner’s name may be published on Arenatours’ official channels. Participation in the giveaway implies acceptance of such publication. Arenatours also reserves the right to publish photos of the winner enjoying the trip on its social media channels.
7. Data Protection
The personal data provided by participants will be processed in accordance with Arenatours’ privacy policy and applicable data protection regulations.
8. Limitations and Liability
Arenatours shall not be liable for issues arising from:
- Incorrect or incomplete data provided by participants.
- Force majeure events or circumstances beyond its control.
Arenatours reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the giveaway for justified reasons, committing to communicate any such changes appropriately.
9. Acceptance of the Terms
Participation in the giveaway implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This giveaway is governed by the laws in force in Spain, without prejudice to the application of any mandatory regulations that may apply within the European Union.
