Open Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. Opening hours: Edge Lounge 5:30 pm – until late. Edge Restaurant: 6:30 pm – 10:30 pm. Dress code: Smart Casual, including footwear. This particular restaurant on the water is only accessible by boat. In addition to a floating restaurant and lounge chill out, Edge boasts a dining outdoors on a jetty with spectacular views. The menu is modern but it tries to capture local flavors. You can enjoy the most exquisite seafoods, fresh fishes, vegetables cooked to the wok or delicious risotto dishes.
