Hue – Danang – Hoi An

Breakfast at the hotel.

We proceed to visit the Mausoleum of Emperor Minh Mang and the tomb of Emperor Tu Duc, the fourth emperor of the Nguyen Dynasty of Vietnam, who reigned from 1847 to 1883. The buildings and gardens have been shaped according to geomantic guidelines (Feng Shui). Together, they form a large park where natural beauty is everywhere. Our last stop is at the villages to see how conical hats and incense sticks are made.

Lunch at a local restaurant.

In the afternoon, we head to Danang via the Hai Van Pass. Upon arrival, we visit the Cham Archaeological Museum with a very rich collection, tracing the history of this lost civilization. Later, we continue our journey to the port city of Hoi An, recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Check-in at the hotel.
