Organising Company<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The organiser of this giveaway is <strong>VIAJES ARENA TOURS SL<\/strong>, a travel agency specialising in trips to the Maldives, hereinafter referred to as \u201cthe Organiser\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This giveaway is organised to celebrate the <strong>20th anniversary of Arenatours<\/strong> and is promotional in nature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Eligibility Requirements<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>All individuals who meet the following requirements will automatically be eligible to participate in the giveaway:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Make a booking for a trip to the Maldives with Arenatours during the year <strong>2026<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The booking must be duly confirmed and paid in accordance with Arenatours\u2019 contractual conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>No additional registration is required to participate. If a customer does not wish to take part in the giveaway, they must notify this by sending an email to <strong><a>marketing@arenatours.com<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Participation Mechanism<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Each confirmed booking equals <strong>one (1) entry<\/strong> into the giveaway.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the same customer makes several independent bookings during the promotional period, each booking will generate an additional entry, regardless of whether the booking is for a destination other than the Maldives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Arenatours reserves the right to assign additional entries through other promotional channels or commercial actions, which will be duly communicated.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Prize<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The prize includes:<\/strong><br>\u2013 A stay at a 5* resort in the Maldives for two people, with a minimum of <strong>5 nights<\/strong>, on the indicated dates.<br>\u2013 Meet &amp; greet at the airport by our local team in the Maldives.<br>\u2013 Airport\u2013resort\u2013airport transfers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The prize does not include:<\/strong><br>\u2013 Travel insurance, flights, or any services or personal expenses not expressly stated as included.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The prize must be enjoyed during the year <strong>2027<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The specific resort, available dates and detailed conditions of the prize will be communicated by Arenatours at a later stage and published on its official channels (website, social media, newsletter).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The prize is <strong>non-transferable<\/strong> and may not be exchanged for cash or for other services, in whole or in part.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Date and Mechanics of the Draw<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The draw will take place in <strong>December 2026<\/strong>, on a specific date that will be announced in advance on the official Arenatours website and social media channels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The winner will be selected through a <strong>random draw<\/strong> from all validly assigned entries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Winner Notification<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The winner will be contacted directly by Arenatours using the contact details provided at the time of booking (telephone and\/or email).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If no response is received after <strong>two contact attempts<\/strong>, Arenatours reserves the right to declare the prize void or to assign it to a substitute winner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The winner\u2019s name may be published on Arenatours\u2019 official channels. Participation in the giveaway implies acceptance of such publication. Arenatours also reserves the right to publish photos of the winner enjoying the trip on its social media channels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Data Protection<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The personal data provided by participants will be processed in accordance with Arenatours\u2019 privacy policy and applicable data protection regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Limitations and Liability<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Arenatours shall not be liable for issues arising from:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Incorrect or incomplete data provided by participants.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Force majeure events or circumstances beyond its control.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Arenatours reserves the right to <strong>modify, suspend or cancel<\/strong> the giveaway for justified reasons, committing to communicate any such changes appropriately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Acceptance of the Terms<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Participation in the giveaway implies <strong>full acceptance<\/strong> of these terms and conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10.
